How long does the delivery take?
We deliver worldwide.
How high are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all orders over 20 €. For orders under 20 € we charge a Shipping costs of 5 €.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our tracking page. You will receive the link by email: support@davinci-wear.com after you have placed your order.
Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transportation. The first time, we always deliver a new package free of charge and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Does it arrive damaged the second time? We will then refund the full purchase amount.
Lost your parcel?
In the event that a parcel is lost or undelivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with our refund and returns policy.
Delivery outside the home or at the post office
If a parcel is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Davinci-wear will cover the cost of delivering the parcel. If the package is not accepted or picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to retain 25% of the amount you receive back.
